The project is a new three-story, 102-unit age-restricted (55+) multifamily property totaling 143,032 SF. The facility features high-end wellness, including a pool, fitness, and a bistro/bar area. The project also features casual and private dining supported by a commercial kitchen and a dog wash on site.

Residences at Fountainhead Tempe, AZ

The 389,314 SF project consists of 322 apartment homes featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with flat and loft units contained within four-story buildings.

Aeroterra Phoenix, AZ

Aeroterra Senior Village, built on the former Frank Luke Addition public housing site, is the first phase of the HOPE VI revitalization in Phoenix. This three-story, 60-unit building serves seniors and people with disabilities, offering accessible apartments, elevators, community spaces, exercise and craft rooms, a courtyard, dog run, laundry, computer lab, and gated access. On-site staff provide case management and educational resources for low-income and disabled residents. The development is recognized for its energy-efficient, healthy design, featuring solar power, Energy Star appliances, low-flow fixtures, and drought-resistant landscaping. Funding came from the Arizona Department of Housing’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, a HOPE VI grant, construction loans, and city bond funds.
